I often get asked how I manage to take care of my 3 kids living so far from family and my husband is gone all the time. My response is always my friends. I have been so lucky to have met some amazing people that I like to call my friends. I wanted to share some pictures of some friends that are particularly near and dear to our hearts. We met these people around the time we moved in. We all had kids within 5 months of each other and our husbands are all in school either doing business, dental or medical programs. We've swapped babysitting, organized playgroups, had game nights together and group FHE,had another round of kids at the same time, went an unforgettable camping trip together...the list goes on and on. Our kids have grown up together in their short little lives and we will be very sad to leave them. We love our friends.

What a fun group of people. You and John-David are such fun people, I am sure they are all going to miss you as well. What fun and forever friendships these will be in the years to come :)
Wish I lived close so that I could join in the fun!
What a cute post. We feel the same... nothin' quite like the Black family- our family away from home;) We love you guys!
Isn't it a blessing to have family away from family? I'm so glad you've found that support and acceptance when you need it the most. I'm sure wherever you end up you'll find some great people. You and John-David are so accepting and fun, you'll just attract that again. Are you going to try to end up closer to SLC or Ohio? Good luck!
Hey Kathryn,
You are fast approaching the big 30 I hope you have big plans! It is good to see that you are well taken care of with your support group. Maybe you should move to Idaho when you are done and be my support group. I'm a fun person remember? Hee hee. Love ya!
