Couldn't pass up on the carousel. We had to
ride it twice because I put the kids all on the horses that
didn't move up and down. It's not quite as fun when you are not moving.
I think she was still recovering from the tea cups.
Bryce loved the rides. I think he wished
he could have rode more.
The second round with the moving horses.
The traditional train ride.
All aboard. Jackson sporting his toothless grin.
One thing we discovered from this adventure is that Jackson is a roller coaster junkie. He had already ridden this log ride earlier with John-David and the girls and loved it. John-David had taken the girls on another ride and Jackson was too impatient to wait for them to get back. The line was short so he asked me if he could ride it himself. I said yes and could watch him in line the whole time while holding Bryce. There my 6 year old went on it by himself, but loved every minute of it. John-David took Jackson and Jocelyn on the two adult roller coasters. I am pretty sure they were the only 5 and 6 year old in line. I thought Jocey would chicken out but she did it. I think we have just begun to feed Jackson's fire for the need for speed.
While Dad took the two older ones on a roller coaster, I
took these two on the old fashion cars. Kelsey pushed the gas and steered.
Our coaster twins joined us for our photo shoot.
I took a turn on the log ride with the three older ones.
We ended the day with John-David taking the three older ones on
the ferris wheel. I think their faces say it all.
Dad with his toothless wonder.
The next day on his actual birthday we
had an ice cream cake that I made.
Say "cheese"
and I can't wait for cooler weather to do it more.
